O.O Haven't updated since... October I see. I be so behind. I haven't been around the comp in a while. Been living a life away from the computer *gasp* Anyway, I'm back. AND this is my first attempt at coloring with a tablet! *happy dance* My family is so good to me! They got me one for Christmas and I just had to try it out. So this is the product I hope everyone likes it!

Y SO SRS KITTY?
You did a nice job coloring this picture.However it seems that lighting is coming from the back(indicated by the dress)yet only the skirt bottom shows the light from that direction.The skin, and the hair especially show lighting more specifically from a diffrent direction than from the back.And the hands appear to have no lighting at all.As for the hair it seems there is no lighting or shading.Just diffrent tones of hair.The only thing you need to do is plan out where your lighting is gonna be.And you'll good from there on.

Lighting and shading takes time.Trust me though once you get used to it shading and lighting will come to you naturally.

Dont be shy to shade some more than just the borders of clothes/face/under accesories etc., thats what gives the effect of volumetric. Also, make sure you always work with the same light source, otherwise its confusing.
You picked your colors nicely, i like the contrast of her clothes and her hair, and im guessing that a simple background can help the visual of the contrast even more.
